Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources continues campaign against street vendors

Muscat: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources have continued the campaign against street vendors in the Dhofar Governorate.

A statement issued online by Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources said, "The Department of Food Safety and Quality in Dhofar, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), and the Dhofar Municipality, have continued their campaign to eliminate street vendors that sell food on the roads and display them in unhealthy ways."

"The Ministry calls on the importance of following up on the sponsors of workers for their workers and adhering to laws in order to preserve the safety and health of everyone," the statement added.
