Technical issues in rocket delays launch of four Arab satellites to March 22

The launch of four Arab satellites, including the UAE's environment nanosat, has been delayed again as the Russian space agency rechecks the rocket that will be carrying the payloads into space.

The initial launch attempt on March 20 was postponed once already after a voltage spike in the Fregat upper stage occurred.
