Esterad Investment Company announces BD 200 thousand Profit for the first half of 2020

Esterad Investment Company (ESTERAD) announced its half year financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2020 at its Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday 30th July, 2020. Esterad achieved a net profit (attributable to the shareholders of the company) of BD 200,387 compared to BD 954,696 in the previous year, representing a decrease of 79%. Earnings per shares were 1.44 fils compared to 6.78 fils in the previous year. Esterad achieved a total comprehensive income for the period (attributable to the shareholders of the company) during the half year of BD (-2,800,748) compared to BD 2,455,470 of last year. The total shareholders' equity (attributable to the shareholders of the company) for the period was BD 31,864,066 compared to BD 34,663,428 last year, lower by 8%.
