Sunni Endowments joins Tawasul

The Sunni Endowments Directorate has joined the National Suggestion & Complaint system "Tawasul“, one of Bahrain's essential eChannels that enable citizens and residents to submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in the Kingdom Bahrain easily at any time and from anywhere.



Bahrainis and residents can now use Tawasul to communicate with the directorate, and to present suggestions, inquiries, or complaints via Tawasul's smartphone app or system, in addition to the other methods of communication, the endowments chairman Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajri said.



One of the benefits of joining the platform is the ability to address all incoming comments. Suggestions will be studied, and appropriate ones implemented quickly and efficiently, he added.



All remarks and suggestions will be taken by the competent staff promptly and the appropriate action will be taken, he added.



Through Tawasul, the directorate will receive suggestions for improving its services, including endowments sector and mosque-related issues concerning imams, muezzins, community halls, and cemeteries.
