BREAKING: Egypt’s central bank dismisses CIB head Hisham Ezz El-Arab over ‘serious violations’

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) dismissed the Chairman of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) Hisham Ezz El-Arab over serious violations of CBE regulations, read a CBE statement.

The CIB is one of Egypt's leading private-sector banks.
