EDA, SCZone discuss support pharmaceutical investment

Tractors work on Egypt's New Suez Canal project at the Suez Canal zone, Egypt, June 13, 2015 - REUTERS/Asmaa Waguih CAIRO - 13 January 2021: The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) discussed on Wednesday steps to sign a cooperation protocol to facilitate measures aiming at giving licenses to drug factories and other pharmaceutical institutions working at the zone. In a press release, the SCZone spokesman Ali el Ghamrawy said they also discussed setting certain frameworks to specify the terms of reference, roles and commitments of every side during the implementation of the cooperation protocol.
