High-profile investors and experts from the United Kingdom and the Gulf region met virtually yesterday to explore investment opportunities and discuss ways to boost bilateral trade at the GCC-UK Trade Summit 2021. With the objective of charting a new era in bilateral trade relations, the GCC-UK Trade Summit 2021 is positioned to become the most prestigious forum for businesses and investors from the two regions to connect with each other, exchange ideas and experiences, identify opportunities for investment, and forge strategic partnerships. The Gulf region accounts for as much as $50.8 billion out of the estimated $57.2 billion annual trade between the UK and the Middle East.
