Italy Economy Minister says moderately confident over Atlantia talks with CDP Infrastructure group Atlantia and state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti would reach agreement over a possible spinoff of Atlantia's tollway unit    ROME- Italian Economy Minister Roberto Gualtieri said on Thursday he was moderately confident that infrastructure group Atlantia and state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti would reach agreement over a possible spinoff of Atlantia's tollway unit.Gualtieri said talks were going on with Atlantia, whose board was meeting as he spoke at a parliamentary hearing in Rome and agreement seemed possible over an issue that created months of tension with the government."I'm moderately confident that there will be an agreed solution.
