Judge Bitar resumes work at Justice Palace

NNA - Judicial investigator into Beirut port explosion, Judge Tarek Al-Bitar, on Wednesday resumed his work at the Palace of Justice after being informed of the decision of the Civil Appeals Court, headed by Judge Randa Harrouq, rejecting the request for his response to the file submitted by former Minister, Youssef Fenianos, for lack of qualitative jurisdiction.
