Oueidat refers Ghada Aoun to Judicial Inspection Authority after blocking an order to lift seals on Mecattaf company

NNA - Lebanon's top prosecutor, Judge Ghassan Oueidat, on Monday referred Mount Lebanon Prosecutor, Judge Ghada Aoun, to the Judicial Inspection Authority after she prevented Judge Samer Lisha from lifting the seals on Mecattaf Trading CO. s.a.l.. 

Judge Aoun had informed Lisha that she was still in the process of investigating the company's dossiers and had no intention to lift the seals before she was done. 

The company's agent, lawyer Alexander Najjar, had submitted a request to lift the seals on the company to Judge Lisha before submitting his request to the Court of Cessation.
