Anti-dumping probe on import of car batteries begins

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion stated that the step taken came within the Common Law (System) of Anti-dumping, Countervailing Measures & Safeguards of the GCC States and its executive regulation, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 20/2015. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion urged Omani establishments and companies importing and manufacturing the above products in accordance with the HS Code to approach or call the Anti-dumping Department at the Ministry.
