Into the Ring, also known as Memorials, is a comedy about how it sometimes takes an unlikable person to stand up and change the rules. In this case, it's one outspoken woman and“”possibly“”a man with the utmost respect for the same rules. 



In this comedy Park Sung-hoon plays Seo Kong-myung, a fifth level civil servant who sticks to his principles, but lacks the social skills needed to advance. His blunt manner and irritability result in his removal from direct contact with citizens who come to his civil service office to complain. He's reassigned to handle complaints digitally and that includes complaints filed by a citizen he only knows as Tiger Moth. That citizen complains relentlessly about everything from the origin of some salted shrimp to the malfunctioning display banner at a single bus schedule, which might lead Kong-myung to assume she is an older citizen with too much time on her hands.
