Oman bans medical workers’ resignations amid COVID-19 surge
Oman has stopped accepting resignations from health workers until further notice, according to a memo.
The ministry said the coronavirus pandemic had made the restriction necessary.
Oman’s Human Rights Commission said the ban on resignations was legal.
