Replacement plan developed for recruitment companies in Oman | Times of Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has developed a replacement plan for recruitment companies to convert its employees into direct contracts in coordination with government agencies. The ministry said: "The ministry followed with interest what was circulated on the issue of recruitment companies and would like to clarify that it has developed an appropriate replacement plan for these contracts during the coming period, in coordination with various government agencies through direct contracting or providing appropriate training for Omani youth." The ministry assures that it will provide all the replacement requirements and will follow up the implementation of this with the various authorities.
