Muscat: The Tax Authority has issued decision No. 113/2020 to form a Tax Grievances Committee in the Sultanate.

Article one of the decision states:The Tax Grievances Committee is formed as per rules stipulated in the Income Tax Law, Excise Tax Law and the Value Added Tax Law. It shall constitute the following members:

1- His Excellency Dr. Yahya bin Nasser Al-Khasibi, Chairman

2- Counselor Saleh bin Ali bin Nasser al-Mahrouqi, as Vice President

3- Honorable Muhammad bin Saeed Al-Abri, member

4- Dr. Mustafa bin Jumaa Al-Hashemi, member

5- Mr. Ibrahim bin Saeed Al-Asiri, member
