‎National Investment Strategy seeks to cover untapped investment gaps: Deputy Minister

There are economic and investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia that have not been optimally exploited in past years, Saad Alshahrani, Deputy Minister for Economic Affairs and Investment Studies at Ministry of Investment, said.

Speaking at today’s conference to introduce the National Investment Strategy (NIS), Alshahrani said that NIS seeks to cover these investment gaps both at the sector and regional levels, stressing that the Kingdom is full of opportunities and therefore these initiatives came to empowerment and development.

He explained that the Ministry is working seriously with relevant entities to identify investment priorities both at the sector level and national targets through economic assessment, financial and even strategic evaluation.
