Abu Dhabi announces full return to workplace in government entities, companies

The Department of Government Support has announced the return to full workplace capacity in Abu Dhabi government entities and companies under precautionary measures, effective 5 September 2021, the Abu Dhabi media office reported. Vaccinated employees and those exempted will submit green status on Alhosn app and follow government testing requirements, while the unvaccinated employees will undergo a coronavirus (COVID-19) test every seven days. Those who will not be committed to the required testing will not be able to attend work, and the absence will be deducted from their annual leave or monthly salary. In addition, vaccinated visitors and customers should present green status on Alhosn app, while those unvaccinated must show a negative PCR test result from within 48 hours.
