Abu Dhabi’s ADNEC contributes $653.4 million to the Abu Dhabi economy after diversifying its portfolio in 2021 – Arabian Business

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), which is a subsidiary of ADQ, has contributed $653.4 million (AED 2.4 billion) – through its direct and indirect impact – to the Abu Dhabi economy in 2021.

ADNEC expanded its mandate to the leisure tourism sector in 2021, and made significant investments, which contributed to a strategic approach to diversifying its portfolio.

The managing director and Group CEO of ADNEC, Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, said: “2021 was an exemplary year for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, as we achieved a number of major successes and milestones, cementing our position at the forefront of the business tourism industry.
