Azizi inks deal with Light Concept for fa̤ade lighting at its Dubai projects РMEP MiddleEast

UAE-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has appointed Light Concept, a reputable lighting consultant, to incorporate façade lighting as a distinct feature for its Aura, Mina, Royal Bay, Aliyah, and Berton projects in Dubai.

The artistic lighting will emphasise the architecture of the developments, elevating their aesthetic presence, and giving them a distinctive look.

“The six-digit contract comprises lighting concepts that aim to complement the surrounding environment, illuminate the buildings' architectural features, and provide striking projections that make it unique to both look at and reside in,” the firm said in a statement.

Covering approximately 38,500m2 of built-up area, the Mina development in Palm Jumeirah features 178 units, comprising 120 one-bedroom and 54 two-bedroom residences, as well as four spacious, lavishly designed penthouses.

The project also comprises several retail units across 1,847m2, and more than 69% of its total area allocated for lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including a children's' play area, a jogging track, green outdoor spaces, private beach access, two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and a comprehensive health club. The project is designed to leverage its waterfront location and overlooks the Arabian Gulf with views of the city's spectacular skyline.
