Here’s how Abu Dhabi is powering its smart government services

Abu Dhabi's Vision 2030 aims to diversify its economy away from oil to knowledge, innovation and the export of new technologies. As part of this vision, the emirate has laid out a clear strategy for its digital future.

Leading this plan is the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), which is mandated to drive the digital transformation of the government across key areas including services, shared government solutions, data and applied intelligence, cybersecurity, and governance.

ADDA aims to offer citizens and residents in Abu Dhabi a new and 'revolutionary' way of interacting with the government. It is building a digital hub that integrates Abu Dhabi's 1,600 government and business services with over 55 entities into one central platform - called TAMM.

The TAMM integrated service platform is an intelligent customer support centre. Developed using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure solutions, TAMM unifies Abu Dhabi's government and business services into 80 integrated journeys.

The portal merges customers' information and their interactions across the government into a "seamless, proactive, and personalised“ customer experience.
