UAE Business: Azizi achieves good sales growth on its Dubai waterfront project – Gulf Digital News

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that it has achieved major sales growth for its flagship master planned community Riviera in Dubai with the Phase One 99 per cent and Phase Two 83% already sold out. 

The developer’s French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community, Riviera is located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid City in the midst of Dubai’s business, leisure and retail hubs of the city. 

A substantial portion of the unsold units are still kept unreleased, with them being added to the available inventory shortly, said a statement from Azizi.

Riviera’s Phase One is now 85% complete, while Phase Two and Three have reached 80% and 50% construction completion respectively, it added.

On the significant sales milestone, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "With experts expecting the population of Dubai to double in the next 20 years, the demand for new residential communities is surging."
