Mubadala partners with Barings to support European middle-market businesses

UAE - Mubasher: Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) has entered into a strategic partnership with Barings, a leading financial services firm, to form the Barings Mubadala Enterprise (BME).

The BME is a new organisation platform that aims to offer financing solutions to European middle-market businesses., according to a press release on Tuesday.

With its capital partners, the BME will enable businesses in Europe to have access to flexible capital solutions by providing $3.5 billion in financing over the next 18 months.

BME will mainly focus on opportunities in the UK, France, Benelux, and Nordics.
