Kerala has added yet another feather in its cap by becoming the first state in India to have high-tech classrooms in all its public schools. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will announce this milestone achievement officially at 11 a.m. today. Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board, a partner in Kerala's high-tech mission, expressed its joy in this extraordinary achievement.
