Egypt’s Minister of Culture inaugurates Aswan University Book Fair on Dec. 24

CAIRO – 23 December 2020: Egypt's Minister of Culture  Inas Abdel Dayem,  will head on December 24 to Aswan Governorate, to open and inspect the book fair at Aswan University.

 

 

Head of Aswan University Ahmed Ghallab said that the launch of the activities of the Aswan University Book Fair comes under the slogan "Reading for All".

 

It is scheduled to run from December 24 to December 31.

 

He explained that the book fair was held for the first time last year, and is organized by Aswan University for the second time in a row, in cooperation and with the participation of the sectors of the Ministry of Culture, the House of Knowledge [Dar al-Maaref], Al-Ahram and major academic publishing houses, languages ​​and youth publishing houses.

 

The book fair will receive visitors daily starting at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
