AGU appoints Dr Daghustani as new ‘Learning Difficulties’ Head

The Arabian Gulf University (AGU) President Dr Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al Ohaly recently issued a resolution appointing Dr Wid Daghustani as the new Head of the Learning Difficulties and Developmental Disabilities Department at the University's College of Graduate Studies (CGS). On the occasion, Dr Daghustani expressed her deep thanks to Dr Al Ohaly for his continuous support to the university's faculty members, and for providing an academic environment that is incubating and encouraging to scientific research. She further commented: “At AGU, we aim to be a distinguished academic and research centre at the regional level in particular and the international level in general.” Dr Daghustani holds a PhD in education from the University of Glasgow, Scotland (2017), with a specialisation in autism and social justice, and a Master's degree
