Training programmes on e-learning, geotechnical engineering held

Muscat: The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates – Madayn, represented by Madayn Industrial Academy, organised three training programmes on topics of practical leadership, e-learning and geotechnical engineering. These programmes come along the lines of the constant efforts undertaken by Madayn to develop the capabilities of the human cadres in the various industrial cities. The virtual Practical Leadership programme, which targeted the director generals at Madayn, aimed at equipping the participants with the advanced leadership methods through theory and practical approaches. The programme represents an intro to a further advanced and comprehensive programme for leadership development in the institutions.
