New Administrative Capital Spox: Within 5 months, employees to start working inside government district in NAC

CAIRO – 26 January 2020: Spokesman for the New Administrative Capital Khaled al-Husseini said that the government district's implementation rate has exceeded 90 percent, and within four to five months the employees will start their work inside the capital.

 

“The capital's establishment is taking place over three phases. The first phase started in 2017 and within two or three years at most, it will be fully completed," he said.

 

Husseini stressed that the project raised the price of land in the area to the extent that the price per square meter in some places reached LE 50,000, which will benefit the Egyptian economy.  "We are striving to build an urban society befitting the Egyptian citizen," he added.
