Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the fell 0.02% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the were Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:), which rose 5.33% or 120 points to trade at 2370 at the close. Meanwhile, Energix (TASE:) added 4.19% or 48 points to end at 1194 and Liveperson (TASE:) was up 3.39% or 550 points to 16770 in late trade.
