Investing.com – Oil was down Monday morning in Asia after climbing to levels last seen in October 2018. Negotiations between the U.S. and Iran on reviving a nuclear deal are set to continue, while the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and allies (OPEC+) will later in the week.
