GWC signs an MoU for acquisition of Aero Chem logistics

Doha: GWC (Q.P.S.C), the leading logistics provider in the State of Qatar, announced the signing of an MOU for the acquisition of Aero Chem Logistics WLL and their strategically located, 22,000 sqm Chemical Storage Facility in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) through GWC Chemicals W.L.L, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GWC.“We are happy to be associated with GWC, and are confident in their abilities as industry leaders in the chemical and HAZMAT logistics field to maintain and develop the operations at this chemical storage facility,” stated Aero Chem Logistics WLL Chairman Mr. Abdulla Saif Yasser Al Moosallam.GWC's existing 320,000 sqm of oil and gas logistics infrastructure in Ras Laffan and Messaieed Industrial Cities features specialized solutions such as HAZMAT warehousing, laydown yard and general storage facilities.
