Thimar says unable to disclose 2021 financials on time
National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose the quarterly and annual financial results for 2021 within the regulatory period.
In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar said the management is still working with the external auditor to provide the audit requirements and finish the audit work as soon as possible. The financial results for Q1, Q2, Q3 and full year 2021 will be announced after the notes are received and approved by the external auditor.
