Mary Robinson is the former president of Ireland, the former U.N. High Commissioner for human rights and the current chair of the Elders. That's a group of independent global leaders who were brought together back in 2007 by Nelson Mandela to work together for peace and human rights. Mary Robinson has had a long and prestigious career.
