DFM, ADX collectively rise on Tuesday



UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 49.30 points (1.16%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session higher at 4,272.55 points.

DFM’s trading value stood at AED 707.37 million through the exchange of 245.51 million shares.

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), which topped the gainers with 13.71%, posted the highest turnover of AED 341.48 million.

Union Properties was the most active stock with 59.77 million shares.

Meanwhile, Shuaa Capital headed the decliners with 9.09%.

Similarly, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.294% to 9,287.80 points.

ADX’s turnover reached AED 1.17 billion after 262.90 million shares were exchanged, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.82 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 202.49 million, while  Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 32.04 million shares.

ESG Emirates Stallions Group advanced the gainers with 9.70%, whereas Gulf Medical Projects led the fallers with 10%.
