DFM closes Thursday down; ADX up



UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday’s trading session lower by 2.84 points (0.06%) at 4,159.10 points.

A total of 98.97 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 386.63 million.

Emirates NBD registered the highest turnover of AED 198.72 million, while Ajman Bank was the most active stock with 25.10 million shares.

Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development topped the gainers with 14.28%, whereas National International Holding led the fallers with 10%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.085% to 9,362.60 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 1.10 billion after 241.27 million shares were exchanged during the session, whereas the market cap value reached AED 2.86 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 204.49 million, while Dana Gas dominated the trading volume with 33.10 million shares.

ESG Emirates Stallions Group advanced the risers with 10.24%, whereas Aram Group headed the decliners with 4.79%.
