DFM closes Wednesday down; market cap records AED 306bn

DXB Entertainments led the losing stocks

Dubai - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down by around 0.44% or 9.63 points to end Wednesday's trading session at 2,171.18 points.





A total of 228.54 million shares were traded through 3,418 transactions valued at AED 203.35 million.





The market cap value amounted to AED 306.55 billion.





DXB Entertainments led the losing stocks with 3.42%, while Damac Properties came on top of the rising stocks with 14.43%.





Union Properties posted the highest trading volume of 17.69 million shares, while Damac Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 31.17 million.
