ADNOC pipeline investor Galaxy authorises banks for US dollar bond sale

UAE - Mubasher: Galaxy Pipeline Assets, owned by a consortium of investors holding a stake in ADNOC's gas pipeline assets, has authorised banks to issue US dollar fixed-rate bonds of maturities of up to 20 years, Reuters reported.

The company has mandated Citigroup and HSBC as global coordinators for the triple-tranche dollar bonds' sale, according to a document issued by one of the banks in the deal.

Meanwhile, BNP Paribas, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mizuho, MUFG, and Standard Chartered Bank will be joint book runners to organise fixed-income investor calls across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
