DAE hires banks for US dollar Sukuk issuance

UAE - Mubasher: Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has hired banks to prepare for investor calls before issuing US dollar-denominated Sukuk, Reuters reported.





The hired banks comprise Bank ABC, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), GIB, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan, Mizuho, Natixis, and Truist Securities, as shown by a cited document.





The aircraft leasing company is planning to issue 5-1/4-year senior unsecured Sukuk, subject to market conditions.





It is noteworthy to mention that in the first nine months of 2020, DAE reported $984.1 million in revenues, down from $1.085 billion in the same months of 2019.
