As a community, through our collective action and commitment to safety and well-being, we will succeed in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Doing so will enhance stability across various sectors and enable the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve its economic goals. During its weekly meeting, this was emphasised by the Cabinet, held remotely yesterday and chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa. Follow all precautionary and preventative measures to keep oneself and the community safe from COVID-19: wear a face mask, observe social distancing, limit family gatherings, avoid large crowds, and get vaccinated, the Cabinet noted. In the face of rising active cases, the Cabinet has constantly made this appeal to citizens and residents in the Kingdom. It also emphasised that the government is continuing to implement initiatives to support national efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect public health.
