Umatter: Bahraini women enjoy good mental health

“Umatter” campaign for “Mental Health and Well-being” in the Kingdom of Bahrain praised the efforts exerted by the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King, may God protect her, in terms of supporting Bahraini women in all aspects, including the inclusion of the “Women wellbeing” in the national plan for the advancement of Bahraini women, in a manner that guarantees to empower women to enjoy a decent and secure life. The campaign, which was launched recently in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Hisham bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, affirmed that the celebration of Bahraini Women's Day represents a significant occasion to celebrate the progress of Bahraini women in all fields. This progress is due to governmental care and systematic support on the one hand, and women's enjoyment of high levels of mental health.
