REUTERS/Eloisa Lopez CAIRO - 16 February 2020: Egypt detected 613 new coronavirus cases upping the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak in the country began to 174,426, the Health Ministry announced in a statement. Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 56 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 10,050. As many as 389 patients were discharged from isolation hospitals after receiving necessary medical care, taking the number of recovered cases to 135,349 so far, the spokesman said.   Egypt will receive five to eight million doses of coronavirus vaccine from an international vaccine alliance in the second half of this month, the Cabinet spokesman Nader Saad said.
