The White House is tip-toeing around the discussion about Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey."Meghan Markle is a private citizen, and so is Harry," White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Monday, a day after the interview aired on CBS.
