CPA to monitor COVID-19 test prices in Oman | Times of Oman

CPA has urged private institutions to comply with the prices set by MOH Muscat: The Consumer Protection Authority will be monitoring COVID-19 testing prices. An announcement issued online by the Consumer Protection Authority said, "We would like to inform everyone that the authority is monitoring test prices at institutions that the Ministry of Health has identified for testing." The authority reminded private health institutions of the necessity to comply with the prices that the Ministry of Health identified under announcement number 16/2021 to avoid exploitation of people under such exceptional circumstances brought about by the pandemic.
