Oman’s health ministry officials inspect institutions

Muscat: H.E. Dr. Fatma bint Mohammed Al-Ajmi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Health for Administrative, Financial & Planning Affairs along with a number of director generals of the Ministry, visited a number of health institutions and new establishments in North Al-Batinah Governorate.

A statement issued online by the Ministry of Health (MOH), said: "The visit was aimed at viewing the work progress in the health institutions and to study the improvement of health system infrastructure by meeting the health officials in the governorates and health workers."

The visit included the construction site of the new Al-Suwaiq Hospital, the new expansion of Sohar Hospital, which is approaching completion, as well as the new Liwa Health Center.
