PHCC continues to provide its Medication Home Delivery Service



The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) announced the continuation of providing its Medication Home Delivery Service, in cooperation with Qatar Post, by contacting the WhatsApp phone numbers of its health centers.

PHCC explained that the Medication Home Delivery Service aims to reduce patients' visits to health centers and confirms the community's keenness to stay at home to limit the spread of Covid-19.

Patients can request the Medication Home Delivery Service by contacting the WhatsApp number assigned to their health center from Sunday to Thursday, From 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm, except for the weekend (Friday & Saturday) where the service would be off.

Once a text message with the word “hello” is sent via WhatsApp to the health center, the pharmacist will contact the patient as soon as possible. Afterwards, the medicines will be delivered to the patient’s home via Qatar Post for a delivery charge of 30 QAR.

As for those exempted from payment, the service fees will be paid online using a bank card by receiving a text message.
