NMC pens SAR 132m purchase deal

Riyadh – Mubasher: National Medical Care Company (NMC) purchased land in Jeddah at a total value of SAR 131.79 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

Located in the Alsawari district, the plot land is bound by roads on every side, including Prince Abdulmajeed Road with an area of 32.93 million square meters.

The Tadawul-listed firm inked the purchase deal with Real Estate Blom on 20 February 2024.

NMC highlighted that the transaction will support its expansion plans, adding that there is currently no expected financial impact.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, NMC recorded net profits after Zakat and tax valued at SAR 177.44 million, higher by 54.80% than SAR 114.63 million in 9M-22.

Revenues increased by 17.36% to SAR 781.94 million in 9M-23 from SAR 666.24 million in 9M-22, while the earnings per share (EPS) grew to SAR 3.96 from SAR 2.56.
