UAE COVID-19 vaccine: 90% of LuLu staff receive jab

Bringing Covid-19 vaccines to its 19,000 employees across the UAE, hypermarket chain LuLu has set up dedicated centres where staff can easily get the jab.So far, 90 per cent of the group's employees had already received the first dose of the vaccine while 40 per cent had been fully vaccinated. LuLu is targeting to get its entire workforce inoculated by the end of the week.“This initiative is part of our goal to make all our retail and business establishments Covid-free for the health and safety of our shoppers and employees,” said an official from the group.To make the whole process easy and hassle-free, the group established the vaccination centres from December onwards, with the help of leading healthcare organisations and medical professionals.
