Dubai Health Authority launches first-of-its-kind value-based healthcare model – Arabian Business

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has launched ‘EJADAH’ programme, a first-of-its-kind value-based healthcare model for the emirate.

The new healthcare model will pay for performance and outcomes that matter to patients, and will assist healthcare service providers to frame evidence-based guidelines for all physicians to follow with regard to treatment protocols for all ailments.

DHA is the regulator for the health insurance sector in the emirate.
