Bahrain embarks on phase-3 of COVID-19 vaccine; seeks 6000 volunteers
Manama: Mahmood Rafique, Editor: The Kingdom of Bahrain has reported encouraging results of the COVID-19 vaccine trails of phase-3 which started on August 11, 2020.
Dr Waleed Al Manea, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, and members of the National Task Force on COVID-19 addressing the Press conference on Wednesday said that the Kingdom was seeking 6000 volunteers to conduct clinical trials of a coronavirus vaccine developed by China in cooperation with Abu Dhabi based G42 Healthcare.
In the UAE, the clinical trials of the inactivated Covid-19 vaccine from Sinopharm were being conducted by G42 Healthcare, an artificial intelligence
