Muscat: The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS), has invited donors to donate blood, plasma and platelets.A statement issued online by DBBS said: "Department of Blood Bank Services extends its thankfulness, gratitude and applauds all community sectors who believe in the importance of blood donation and who selflessly responded to the call for blood donation during this period, thus supporting the services.""To ensure sustainability and availability of safe blood, the DBBS requests the honourable donors to continue their generosity and make a regular voluntary donation (blood, plasma, platelets).The Department humbly informs the valuable donors that there is a frequent shortage of Rh negative blood group.""Blood Donation at Central Blood Bank, Baushar (11th October until 24th October ) from Saturday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm and on Friday
