BP shuts down Tangguh LNG Train 2 in Indonesia
BP has been forced to shut down operations at its second liquefied natural gas (LNG) export train at the Tangguh complex in Indonesia due to mechanical irregularities.
Indonesian upstream regulator SKK Migas said the facilities were shut down at train 2 on 10 May after a leakage was detected in the scrub column reboiler on 8 May. Repairs are underway and the liquefaction train is expected to restart on 22 May.
